Jacquees, MC Lyte, Big Frieda + Thousands Attend Célébrez en Rosé, Houston

Célébrez en Rosé (French for “Celebrate in Pink”) wine and music festival made its highly-anticipated return to Houston as part of its three-city tour in 2023 this Saturday, April 29, at the Houston Botanic Garden.

Thousands in their finest pink and white attire gathered for the picnic-style event to enjoy an all-star entertainment lineup with headline performances from Jacquees, the Soul Rebels with Big Freedia, and MC Lyte, several local acts, including DJ Mr. Rogers, DJ Young Streetz, and Marium Echo, and hosted by Young Jas

The second annual Houston event featured a luxurious VIP experience with premium champagne from Champagne Telmont, liqueur from Chambord, gin from The Botanist, and gourmet catering from celebrity Chef Shanita M. Castle of Castle's Catering, LLC, share-worthy photo installations, a food pavilion with options from top local food trucks, and wine offerings from four of the nation’s largest Black-owned wine brands: Black Girl Magic, SHE CAN, La Fête du Rosé, and Love Cork Screw. 


Saturday’s festival markd the first of three Célébrez en Rosé events taking place in 2023, to be followed by Atlanta on May 7, and the DMV on May 28 (Memorial Day Weekend).
