Taraji P. Henson Takes a Girls’ Getaway to Los Cabos

Taraji P. Henson recently traded the spotlight for some downtime in Los Cabos, enjoying a getaway with friends at the newly opened Nobu Residences Los Cabos.

The actress and her friends spent their trip balancing relaxation, dining and time together, staying in one of the property's larger residences.

According to details shared with 2LOUD by Henson's team, the group enjoyed the property's private accommodations, spent time poolside and took part in Nobu Los Cabos' Culinary Month programming, sampling dishes including toro tacos, guacamole, lobster salad and other menu selections.

The getaway also included a visit to Essencia Spa, where the group enjoyed hydrotherapy and massages.

One of the trip's dining experiences took place at MUNA, where Chef Diego Sobrino prepared a menu featuring Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with flavors and ingredients from Mexico's Pacific coast. The meal included beet hummus with fresh naan, bluefin tuna and wood-fired fresh catch.

For Henson and her friends, the trip offered a chance to step away from their usual schedules and simply enjoy some time together.

And sometimes, a girls' getaway is exactly what you need.
